Our usability tests have indicated that the interface is rather selfexplanatory and intuitive, so if you haven't already then why not just sign up ? Maybe you can work it out by trying it out.

BusyBeeManager - Easy Employee Scheduling Online on Facebook

I forgot the URL for my account - how do I get it back?

There are two solutions for this - you either go through your emails to find the mail we sent you when you created the account - or you can go here and have your account details resent to your email. This will also work for employees who have been given a login.

Which browsers do you support and which screen resolutions?

BusyBeeManager is optimized for Internet Explorer 7.0 and 8.0, but is usable in most popular desktop browsers such as Firefox and Chrome. BusyBeeManager is optimised for use in 1280*1024 and 1024*768. Larger resolutions are fine too.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

You won't need your credit card for the first 30 days. Within the application there is a countdown till your trial expires - if you do not wish to continue using the application simply let it run out. We then automatically downgrade your plan to the free plan. If on the other hand you'd like to continue using the application you simply follow the upgrade instructions, create a PayPal account and sign up for the subscription. However, you are payable for charges already incurred until your cancellation and no refunds can be issued after your initial 30 day trial. Nor do we prorate for partial months. At the time of your cancellation of the subscription we automatically downgrade your plan to our free plan - that way you will still be able to login and use the free functionality of BusyBeeManager. You can then later choose to upgrade if you wish to do so

Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade from free plan to paying at a later date?

No, you are not eligible for the 30-day free trial if you upgrade from a free account to a pay account. The 30-day free trial on paid plans is only applicable if you sign up for a paying plan now.

Is this a long-term commitment? Can I make advance payment for a year?

BusyBeeManager is a pay-as-you-go service. Therefore, you are not bound by any long term contracts or commitments. On cancellation of payments to a BusyBeeManger account, you'll only be billed for the current month, and not anymore later. However, advance payment for a year is beyond our terms and thus cannot be made. In case of cancellation we will downgrade your account to the free plan and hope you will return later to a paying plan once again.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes sure, and it's really simple. Just click on the name of your account when you are signed in and you'll see your options. When switching between plans we will bill you for a month of the new subscription type immediately. So you should either go for the Plus Plan to begin with or switch towards the end of a payment period.

What types of payment do you accept? Will you take a P.O.? Can you invoice us?

We receive payments through PAYPAL only. This is to keep our costs low and make it possible for us to spend time improving the application and adding new features / improving existing ones, instead of worrying about billing.

Can any employee with a login edit the schedules?

No - In BusyBeeManager every employee given a username and password can login and access the schedules without editing them. If they are not given Username and Password then you can email the employees' their personal shifts by using the publish feature on the schedules page.

How does cancellation work?

First of all - if you have created a free plan there is no need to cancel. You can simply stop using the application and nothing will happen. If on the other hand you created a paid subscription through PayPal for the Plus or the Basic plan then you cancel these payments from PayPal. Upon doing that we automatically downgrade your plan to the free plan - that way you will still be able to login and use the free functionality of BusyBeeManager. You can then later choose to upgrade if you wish to do so again. However, you are payable for charges already incurred until your cancellation and no refunds can be issued. Nor do we prorate for partial months

I still have a few questions which are not answered here. How do I ask?
